a. Ensure that goods received from production are in a timely manner, correct quantities, good conditions, labelled correctly, and assigned to correct bays for ease of collection.

b. Plan and schedule picking activities in the finished goods warehouse according to delivery requirements.

c. Guide and motivate the team to ensure maximum contribution, discipline, and performance.

d. Ensure goods are properly handled, stacked for loading & unloading purposes. Train new staff and assistants where appropriate.

e. Coordinate logistics requirements and communicate delivery status with relevant parties (transporter, customer, production, administrator, shipping officer, forwarder) to ensure vehicles, documentation, and goods are available prior to or at the point of shipment.

f. Ensure all outgoing goods are released according to customers’ requirements, and are accompanied by necessary documents (such as DO, COA, Products Release Notice, etc.).

g. Ensure the delivery report is performed daily in the Monitor ERP system.

h. Maintain all documentation and records related to warehouse operations for the required retention period.

i. Ensure the accuracy of stock in the Monitor ERP System against physical quantities, perform monthly stock takes, and report on accuracy.

j. Arrange and coordinate waste collections as necessary.

k. Maintain cleanliness and conditions of the warehouse office & exterior, equipment, forklifts, reach trucks, doors, windows, loading docks, etc.

l. Contribute actively to the company’s food safety management system by implementing, improving, and maintaining systems and procedures.

m. Participate in health and safety systems and practices.

n. Perform other functions and duties as assigned by higher authorities.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing or related field.

• Able to communicate in both Malay and English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Physically fit and healthy.

• Good oral and data presentation skills.

• Forklift and/or reach truck driving skills and warehouse safety knowledge.

• Resourceful, team player, and willing to multi-task.
