Job summary
A leading company in the construction software industry is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive customer acquisition and maintain relationships. The ideal candidate should have a background in Civil Engineering or relevant sales experience, with strong negotiation and communication skills. Responsibilities
- Good knowledge in the construction industry, especially related to technology for contractors and consultants (such as BIM).
- Develop and acquire new customers from our target market segment (Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors, and QS Consultants) through telephone, email, and outdoor visits.
- Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
- Make appointments and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations to customers.
- Be excellent in negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Provide pre-sales support from our software consultants and after-sales support for our software implementation.
- Generate weekly sales reports for management.
- Undertake tasks assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales or B2B experience and/or experience in the construction software industry, or open to fresh graduates with a Civil Engineering background.
- Preferably candidates with construction industry experience and QS background.
- Highly sales-driven and confident, self-motivated.
- Pro-active with the ability to work independently.
- Practice integrity and high dedication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities.
