Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and assist in leading the Electronic Data Processing (EDP) Department.
2. Coordinate data flow between all countries and departments.
3. Process feedback related to the Amlife EDP system based on received forms.
4. Monitor bi-weekly commission payouts for accuracy and timeliness.
5. Generate promotion codes for each promotional campaign.
6. Maintain and update raw data for future reporting needs.
7. Utilize Microsoft Excel and formulas to generate reports.
8. Prepare management reports on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher education qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in database management.
• Skills in Data Analysis, Database Management, and SQL.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, computer systems, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
• Experience in MLM or direct sales companies is preferred.
