About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Swatch Group, the world's number one manufacturer of finished watches. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our prestigious watch brands. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur location.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our watch collections
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
• Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
• Providing product knowledge training to other team members
• Handling cash, inventory and administrative tasks as required

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for the watch industry
