We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support senior executives in our construction company. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently. Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role, especially in construction, is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management.

Manage schedules, appointments, and basic travel arrangements.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.

Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of management.

Maintain office records and ensure proper document filing.

Assist in basic procurement and liaise with suppliers when needed.

Follow up on tasks and deadlines as instructed by management.

Perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters.

Diploma or relevant certification in administration or a related field is an advantage.
