Job description

We are seeking a talented Multimedia Designer with expertise in graphic design and motion graphics to join our dynamic marketing team in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will create visually stunning content for digital platforms, showcasing our beauty products and services in an engaging way. This role is vital in generating new ideas that will boost our brand and leave a lasting impression in our beauty branding.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop multimedia content, including videos, animations, graphics, and interactive presentations that align with brand guidelines.
2. Conceptualize and storyboard ideas for multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
3. Design and create compelling visual assets, such as graphics, illustrations, and animations, using industry-standard software and tools.
4. Edit and enhance audio and video content to produce high-quality multimedia deliverables.
5. Optimize multimedia content for various platforms and devices to ensure compatibility and optimal user experience.
6. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute SEO strategies and data-driven optimizations.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related discipline.
2. 4+ years of experience in multimedia design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio.
3. Strong understanding of typography, animation techniques, and visual storytelling.
4. Excellent communication skills and effective collaboration abilities.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage; Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
7. Own vehicle and willingness to travel to location shoots.
8. Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
9. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in teams.
