Job description

We are currently representing our client to recruit an Assistant Human Resource Manager in this full-time role based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. You will play a key part in managing the full-cycle general human resource functions as a site HR partner.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Facilitate communication and foster collaboration within the regional HR team.
  2. Support the roll-out of Corporate Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives, ensuring the implementation of initiatives such as TM/SP, MBO, L&D, etc., by supporting subsidiaries' HR with awareness of cultural and regulatory requirements, acting as the regional point of contact.
  3. Ensure the implementation of global policies (e.g., mobility, insurance) within the region.
  4. Support training and development by conducting regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance soft skills and knowledge of regional employees.
  5. Provide insights into the people, organization, and culture of the region to the Corporate CHRO team for effective HR collaboration.

What we're looking for:

  1. Experience with Human Resources Information System (HRIS), especially in multinational companies.
  2. Experience with global HCM platforms such as SuccessFactors and/or Workday; experience as a super user or admin is a significant plus.
  3. HR generalist experience as a site HR partner.
  4. University Degree with relevant knowledge, experience, and ability to perform HR duties.
