• Assist in daily sales operations and sales support documentation including invoices, delivery orders, collections, etc.
• Handle orders via phone, email, or mail, ensuring they include correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and are accurate and delivered on time.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Monitor stock status and prepare purchase orders for all stocks.
• Liaise with inside sales, purchasing, and logistics teams on inventories and delivery status.
• Maintain an efficient work environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
• Maintain high cooperation and teamwork with outdoor sales staff.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and foster team spirit to enhance productivity with minimal supervision.
• Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior/management.

*This position will be based in Shah Alam initially, relocating to Sunway Square, Bandar Sunway by the end of 2025.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in JD Edwards system is an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
