CompetencyRequirements:
- Candidate must possess at least BachelorDegree/Professional Degree. Candidate with Sciencebackground will have an added advantage.
- Preferred1 yearSales experience dealing with healthcare professionals withinpharmaceutical industry.
- Fresh graduate with passion in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical is also encouraged to apply.
- Mature, target-driven, self-motivated, innovative and proactive while able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel within assigned territories as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reporting tools.
- Effective written and communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin(optional).
Salary package:
- Monthly basic salary, mobile & vehicle maintenance allowance.
- Monthly petrol card usage limit.
- Sales incentive (release bi-monthly, upon achieving target).

Job Description:
- Meet cycle & annual sales targets set by the company through strategic planning and effective execution.
- Plan and carry out sales and promotional activities to penetrate new markets, increase product visibility, and boost sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, sub-distributors, agents, and direct customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue new leads to grow the customer base within assigned territories.
- Monitor and manage sales performance in assigned areas to ensure market coverage and effective distribution.
- Track industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide actionable feedback to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, customer visits, pipeline status, and market updates.
- Ensure efficient use of sales, advertising, and promotional budgets for maximum return on investment.
- Assist in organizing and representing the company at promotional events, trade exhibitions, customer training, and seminars.

- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
