The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team in Dili as a Hotel Operations Manager, overseeing guest experiences and hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest relations. Your expertise and commitment to excellent service will be vital to our success.

The Perfect Fit

The ideal candidate will:

• Be willing to relocate to Dili, Timor-Leste
• Have 5+ years of hotel management or hospitality operations experience, with at least 2 years leading diverse teams
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields
• Prove success in delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards
• Be proficient with hotel management systems and reservation platforms
• Possess strong financial management skills, including budgeting and revenue optimization
• Show problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
• Communicate effectively in English
• Preferred: proficiency in Tetum, Portuguese, Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia, and/or Chinese Mandarin
