This position optimizes store layouts, product placements, and visual merchandising to enhance customer experience.
Job Description:
- Support in developing layout plans for designated fast-moving goods categories.
- Work closely with store management, marketing, merchandising and sales teams to develop cohesive and effective visual marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in visual merchandising, fashion, and retail to keep the store relevant and appealing.
- Preparing layout and equipment for new stores opening
- Strategically position products to maximize their visibility and attractiveness to customers.
- Design and set up displays for special events, promotions, and seasons to meet brand standards and appeal to the target audience.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, retail management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years FMCG background (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Experienced in display analysis, merchandise planning, planogram and range change would be an advantage.
- Preferred Language: English, Malay, Mandarin.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang (near Setia Alam).
