Job Description

You will be in charge of:

• Timely submission and review of closing schedules and reports for financial and consolidated financial statements.
• 
  
  Facilitate monthly bank postings, bank reconciliations, cash flow analysis, and handle ebanking payment preparations.
• 
  
  Distribute monthly statements to external customers and maintain balance sheet schedules.
• 
  
  Ensure full compliance with all company tax and business-related tax requirements,
• 
  
  Support in annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, and external audit preparations, and address other tasks assigned by the line manager.
• Oversee monthly payroll and expense reimbursement processes for local staff.
• 
  
  Liaise with outsourced payroll vendor on monthly payroll processing, tax and statutory report preparation.

The Successful Applicant

In order for you to be suitable for the role, you must have the followings:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or with professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA etc...)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance & accounting
• Prior experience working in MNC would be advantageous
• Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with counterparts in China
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and motivation
• Ability to provide insightful insights and recommendations for improvement
