Job Description:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Handle incoming calls and emails and managing office correspondence.
• Liaise with despatch and courier services for incoming and outgoing documents and parcels.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including document filing and data entry.
• Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace.
• Support the team with general office duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field with past experiences in office administration.
• Previous experience in a receptionist/administrative role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• A multitasking guru with a knack for organization.
• A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
