Job description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our clients and supporting daily operations.

Trading name:
  • Line Pilates
  • Balanced Healing Sports Massage
Work hours:
  • Option 1) Monday-Friday 7:30am ~ 2:30pm & Saturday 7:30am ~ 4:00pm
  • Option 2) Tuesday-Friday 10am ~ 7pm & Sunday 7:30am ~ 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and assist customers with inquiries and bookings
  2. Manage class and service reservations
  3. Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
  4. Provide excellent customer service with a cheerful, helpful attitude
  5. Handle sales and promote studio packages
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception and studio area
  7. Perform basic administrative tasks using Excel, Word, and other office software
Requirements:
  1. Positive and outgoing personality
  2. Strong communication and customer service skills
  3. Ability to work independently and in a team
  4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  5. Sales experience or confidence in promoting services is a plus
  6. Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
