If you are an ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY & HEALTH professional seeking growth opportunities, Emerson offers an exciting role based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support company policies, goals, and objectives.
• Establish a "0" injury culture through training, procedures, awareness, investigations, and equipment reviews.
• Evaluate and control workplace health hazards via a sound industrial hygiene program.
• Promote a "0" discharge culture by organizing waste minimization efforts.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies for compliance.
• Lead site safety, health, and environmental committees.
• Implement security strategies and monitor CCTV and access control systems.
• Manage security personnel and review security reports.
• Ensure IMS documentation is maintained and up-to-date as Management Representative.
• Coordinate IMS implementation and support environmental, safety, and health action plans.

Who You Are:

You demonstrate initiative, build rapport, actively listen, and stay abreast of technological advances.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 10 years of ESH experience, including industrial hygiene.
• Knowledge of Malaysian ESH laws and regulations.
• Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Safety, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
