Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce accurate and detailed 3D visualizations and technical drawings for custom cabinetry projects.
2. Interpret and analyze client requirements provided by the sales team, ensuring design solutions meet both aesthetic and technical expectations.
3. Collaborate closely with the Design Team Leader and fellow designers to ensure all drawings are accurate and aligned with project details.
4. Proactively identify design discrepancies or missing information and communicate effectively to resolve issues before submission.
5. Assist in optimizing and maintaining drawing templates and support the continuous improvement of the design process.
6. Contribute to concept development and research design trends to keep our offerings aligned with market preferences.

What We’re Looking For

1. Qualification: at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design drafting, preferably in custom cabinetry, furniture, or carpentry-related projects.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Coohom, and/or other relevant 3D visualization software.
4. Strong understanding of materials, joinery methods, and kitchen cabinetry detailing.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, highly energized, independent, with a pleasant personality and good attitude.
6. High attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies in project information quickly and accurately.
7. Strong organizational and communication skills — ability to clarify, ask the right questions, and ensure design accuracy.
8. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
9. Team player who is also independent and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
