As we grow, we're seeking a Senior Analyst with strong capital market knowledge to help drive investment decisions and portfolio growth.

Role Summary

The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting portfolio companies with capital markets strategy. This individual should bring a strong foundation in finance, particularly with experience in capital markets (e.g., IPOs, debt/equity financing, market structure), and a passion for innovation and start-ups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market and financial due diligence on early- and growth-stage investment opportunities;

2. Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario forecasting;

3. Monitor public market trends, macroeconomic factors, and sector-specific developments relevant to the portfolio;

4. Assist in evaluating exit strategies, including M&A and IPO pathways;

5. Support the Partners in preparing investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee;

6. Collaborate with portfolio companies on fundraising strategy, capital structuring, and financial planning;

7. Maintain and update the firm's internal databases, dashboards, and research tools;

8. Build strong relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, and capital markets advisors.

9. Lead the analyst team, able to observe and manage the team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred);

2. 3–6 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, equity research, or capital markets;

3. Proven experience in financial modelling, deal analysis, and valuation techniques;

4. Deep understanding of capital market instruments, fundraising processes, and regulatory frameworks;

5. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to articulate investment insights clearly;

6. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; detail-oriented with a proactive mindset;

7. Passion for innovation, start-ups, and the venture ecosystem;

8. Experience with tech or innovation-driven sectors (e.g., biotech, cleantech);

9. Exposure to international capital markets or cross-border deals;

10. Network in the venture or institutional investment community.
