• Responsible for the sales, profitability and well-being of retail operations
• Recruit, motivate and train floor staff to provide good customer service
• Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Provide daily business services for retail customers
• Implement effective sales and marketing strategies in achieving sustainable sales and market growth
• Work closely with design agencies to implement effective A&P strategies and activities
• Build strong relationship with key customers and partners for continuous growth of the business

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in business, marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Experience in Retail Operations preferable
• Result-oriented team player with committed work attitude
• Possess good business acumen and strong organizational, analytical and planning skills
