Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead online marketing initiatives from ideation to execution. This role will oversee the development and implementation of innovative digital strategies across all channels, utilizing advanced AI tools to optimize workflows and campaign performance. The ideal candidate will manage digital advertising efforts, including budgeting, tracking, and performance optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

  1. Plan and manage comprehensive online marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration across digital channels.
  2. Develop and refine copywriting and proofreading tasks to align with the brand's voice and campaign objectives.
  3. Leverage advanced AI tools to automate workflows, optimize content delivery, and enhance campaign performance.
  4. Execute and monitor digital and social media advertising efforts, including budgeting, tracking, and performance analysis.
  5. Collaborate with teams (Product, Sales, Customer Support) to coordinate marketing activities and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  6. Build and optimize high-converting digital marketing funnels to generate and nurture leads across multiple touchpoints.
  7. Analyze campaign data, report on effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop innovative marketing strategies to attract and engage new customers, especially in the fintech landscape.
  9. Work with creative teams to produce engaging content across all channels, including ads, landing pages, and social media posts.
  10. Plan and execute promotional activities such as online advertising, POSM, sales memos, and more.
  11. Stay updated on market trends, employing data analysis and research to enhance strategies, engagement, and ROI.
  12. Design and implement multi-touch sales funnels focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic insights.
