Become part of a team that provides program analysis, process improvement, and metrics. You will partner with the Integrated Program Team to develop plans, create cost and schedule baselines, and publish metrics and reports. Your analysis of variances and compliance reviews will inform decision-making to enhance program performance across multiple sites. Leadership and mentoring skills are also essential for developing team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain project cost and schedule tools for accurate measurement, forecasting, and tracking.
  2. Participate in project planning, define scopes, resource planning, establish WBS & budgets.
  3. Collaborate with project management, engineering, and other teams to define strategies and requirements.
  4. Lead or assist in producing project schedules and related deliverables.
  5. Ensure the accuracy of earned value data and process compliance.
  6. Work with project managers on cost estimates, change logs, and forecasts.
  7. Manage invoicing, receivables, and payables for projects.
  8. Coordinate monthly project status reports and participate in review meetings.
  9. Analyze project threats and opportunities, develop contingency budgets, and assess cost risks.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
  • Bachelor in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 8+ years in Project Controls within relevant industries.
  • Experience with Cost Control, Scheduling (Waterfall/Agile/Lean/Scrum), and Project Life Cycles.
  • Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with SAP, MS Project, Primavera P6, and financial metrics.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management, Risk Management, PMP/Prince2 certification.
