Job Responsibility

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our web design company and play a crucial role in integrating AI technologies into our web development projects. The AI Business Analyst will act as a bridge between client needs and AI-driven solutions, helping to streamline web design processes, improve user experiences, and deliver innovative AI-based features.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirement Gathering:

• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business goals, challenges, and opportunities that AI solutions can enhance in web design.
  
  

Data Analysis And Reporting

• Analyze user data, website analytics, and market trends to uncover opportunities for AI-driven improvements in web design.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing website performance, user engagement, and personalization through AI tools.
  
  

AI Solution Design

• Collaborate with web developers, AI specialists, and UX/UI designers to translate client requirements into AI-powered web solutions (e.g., personalized recommendations, automated customer service).
• Define the scope, objectives, and success criteria for AI-driven web features, such as AI-based content personalization, dynamic user interfaces, and real-time data-driven adjustments.
  
  

Stakeholder Communication

• Effectively communicate AI project progress, potential challenges, and outcomes to non-technical stakeholders, such as project managers and clients.
  
  

Project Management

• Assist with planning, timeline development, and resource allocation web design initiatives.
• Track project milestones and collaborate with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of solutions, keeping the client informed throughout the process.
  
  

Process Improvement

• Continuously evaluate new AI tools and technologies to improve website functionality, design efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• A bachelorâs degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in AI, machine learning, or business analysis are advantageous.
  
  

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, with a preference for experience in AI.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data mining.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI concepts and their business applications.
• Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools.
  
  

Language Skills

• Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
