Although the company is new, it is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare products that meet industry standards, aiming to expand its presence both locally and internationally. Their innovative approach and dedication to quality position them as a key player in the medical product manufacturing sector, particularly in the area of hygiene and personal care items.

Job Description:

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, and nursing homes to ensure smooth business channels.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement sales strategies for adult diapers, driving product promotion and sales in the target market.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, address customer inquiries, resolve product-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape, adjust sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report sales performance and market feedback to management, and propose improvements and solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or above in relevant fields such as Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in the medical, pharmacy, or hospital industry, with experience in selling adult diapers preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Team-oriented, results-driven, with strong responsibility and stress management skills.
  • Preferred: Mandarin speaker applicants is preferred.
  • Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
  • Capability to establish sales channels with hospitals, pharmacies, and nursing homes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work efficiently with flexible hours.

Salary Range:

  • From RM5000 to RM10000
  • Competitive salary and commission incentives.
  • Employees are entitled to 14 days of annual leave and 14 days of sick leave.
