Key Accountabilities

Job Description

• Responsibility: Works independently within established guidelines, procedures, and directions. Has received appropriate training on relevant systems, scope, and requirements of the role.
• Business Impact: Ensures reliable, competent, and accurate operation of key finance processes as expected by management, within a defined control framework. Maintains accurate and reliable business information for decision-making, performance reporting, and business partner interactions such as with banks, customers, and suppliers.
• Problem-solving: Responsible for delivering defined processes and handling day-to-day operational queries. Escalates more complex issues to line management to prevent impact on finance process outcomes or quality.
• Experience and Expertise: Familiar with generally accepted accounting practices, reporting requirements, and technical aspects of the role, including IT systems and tools. Communicates confidently with key customers, team members, and management to inform, update, and advise. Suitable for entry-level finance graduates, qualified accounting technicians, or those studying for professional finance qualifications.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.
