Position Description:
The Senior Data Analyst uses advanced analytics to interpret marketing data, create actionable insights, and optimize campaigns. They collaborate across teams to enhance marketing strategies and achieve business objectives. Working closely with stakeholders, marketing teams, and other functions, the Senior Data Analyst translates data findings into strategic recommendations that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Assessment: Conduct data assessments to gauge client’s data and marketing maturity, define data goals and objectives, and clarify project scopes with client stakeholders.
- Client Engagement: Establish and align procedures and timelines for data operations and KPIs with clients. Build and stabilize data processes and workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with MarOps to understand data sources and create workflows that ensure seamless integration between all MarTech platforms.
- Priority Coordination: Coordinate priorities with client stakeholders, proactively identifying dependencies or risks.
- Strategy Development: Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve ROI, customer acquisition, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends using statistical techniques and tools.
- Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, including marketing teams, executives, and clients.
- Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights, such as adjusting targeting strategies, refining messaging, or reallocating budgets.
- People Management: Serve as a senior mentor to data analysts and associates, offering guidance and support to foster their professional development.
