Job description

We are seeking an Business Analyst to join our CRM Department and support our expansion.

Role Details:
  • Position: Business Analyst (CRM)
  • Type: Permanent
  • Location: Accessible by MRT, Maluri
  • Working Hours: Normal hours, Friday WFH
  • Salary: RM4,000 onwards + Monthly Performance Bonus + Year-End Bonus
Project Focus:

Igaming only

Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher; bilingual in English and Chinese (verbal, written, read)
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, Digital Marketing, Campaign Operations (at least 6 months in the same company)
  • Understanding of iGaming terms, including slots games, esports, crypto (advantageous)
  • Proactive in asking questions and seeking guidance
  • Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Fresh graduates in Data Analytics, Data Sciences, Actuarial Science; entry-level position with training provided
Key Focus Areas:
  • Customer experience, campaign performance, data analysis
  • Market research and competitor analysis to support CRM strategy
  • Design and map customer journeys to enhance engagement and retention
  • Plan, execute, and test CRM marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications)
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics
  • Analyze customer data and trends for marketing and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing team to align campaigns with business goals
