Job Summary
  • Lead CCRIS Reporting to ensure Affin Hwang Investment Bank (AHIB) complies with CCRIS Guidelines and data submission timelines to BNM.
  • Assist the Head of Reporting (HOR) in managing credit reporting via CCRIS and establish mechanisms (including internal controls and frameworks) to ensure policy compliance, such as:
  • Monitoring and identifying weaknesses in data management that could jeopardize compliance;
  • Advising on remedial actions and implementing them effectively and promptly;
  • Resolving operational issues faced by staff in preparing CCRIS reports.
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure credit application and account information are complete and accurate before submission to CCRIS.
  • Adhere strictly to CCRIS submission deadlines set by BNM.
  • Respond promptly to queries, alerts, and notifications from the Credit Bureau.
  • Establish and implement internal procedures for employee designation as Authorised Users and manage online access privileges to CCRIS.
  • Authorize CCRIS System Administration access for authorized users.
  • Maintain and update the register of Authorised Users.
  • Notify the Credit Bureau/BNM of changes to authorized personnel and roles promptly.
  • Coordinate month-end submissions to BNM and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Request data extraction and reconciliation from IT and CCRIS System Administrators.
  • Review and update the CCRIS SOP annually to ensure compliance with BNM guidelines.
  • Disseminate circulars, updates, and notifications timely to relevant parties.
  • Maintain a CCRIS repository of circulars, updates, guidelines, and communications from BNM.
