Job description

This is a 12-month contract role, with the possibility of permanent placement! The company may consider offering you a permanent position after the contract period, depending on your performance. Join us and showcase your potential!

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate appointments for medical examinations for insurance company clients.
  2. Ensure that all Medical, APS & QS medical reports are completed and QC before sending them to the insurance company.
  3. Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  4. Handle customer inquiries and emails, and resolve problems.
  5. Attend to urgent requests from clients regarding medical reports, including email softcopy reports.
  6. Coordinate workflow and ensure all customer support functions are completed within the service turnaround time.
  7. Assist in overall administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related fields such as Health Administration, Biomedical, Medical, or Business Administration.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration within the medical/healthcare fields is advantageous.
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Executive or in an administrative role.
  • Preferably a Junior Executive level.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Target-driven and able to meet KPIs.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Availability to work one Saturday per month.
  • Malaysian citizens only.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Located near public transport (LRT/MRT Ampang Park).
