Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives or department heads in the telecom division.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international).
Prepare executive reports, presentations, and correspondence related to network operations, project milestones, and regulatory compliance.
Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders including vendors, government agencies, and clients.
Assist in the coordination of telecom project updates, board materials, and executive reviews.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information, including project plans, contracts, and strategic initiatives.
Organize executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Monitor deadlines and deliverables for key projects and executive tasks.
Support office management functions, including telecom department budgeting, procurement coordination, and expense reporting.
Responsibilities:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field; telecom industry knowledge is a strong advantage.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with industry-specific tools or systems.
Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with discretion and professionalism.
Knowledge of telecom terms, regulatory bodies, and project cycles (e.g., network rollout, infrastructure upgrades) is a plus.
Minimum experience requirements at least 3 or 4 years and above
Office-based, with occasional virtual meetings or support for on-site telecom project activities.
May require flexible hours to accommodate executive or project timelines.
