Job description

We're looking for our communications "Jedi"! Are you passionate about communications? Do you think outside the box? Then this is the job for you! You'll be responsible for all aspects of communications at your resort: digital (mobile application and screens), print media, content creation (editorial, photos, video, digital signage), and guest relations, with the aim of providing customers with comprehensive, coherent, and impactful information and communications. You will be part of the Welcome & Services team.

Responsibilities
  1. Communication Strategy: Act as our "Obi-Wan Kenobi" of communication by streamlining and enhancing the impact of information across mobile applications, TVs, and print media.
  2. Content Creation: Engage in photo shoots, video editing, and photo retouching.
  3. Marketing Support: Implement actions to support sales, analyze results, and optimize digital marketing performance.
  4. Customer Relations: Build trust and establish relationships with customers, assist with arrival and departure processes, and respond to reviews.
  5. Multilingual Communication: Fluent in at least two languages, capable of translating and communicating effectively with an international clientele.
  6. Content Management: Produce and distribute content across various platforms, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely and appropriate dissemination of information.
Additional Duties
  • Support content creation and team collaboration.
  • Gather and anticipate information needs from resort teams.
  • Optimize information dissemination and translate documents as needed.
  • Assist guests professionally during check-in and check-out.
