Job description

Corporate Communications

  1. -Lead the development of marketing material and publications for corporate communications purposes.
  2. -Analyze Company objectives and initiatives to build PR strategies to promote the Company.
  3. -Updates, audits and maintains Impact Integrated’s social media, website and digital content together with cross-functional Creative team.
  4. -Lead the analysis of communications output for Impact Integrated.
  5. -Lead the writing and production of Annual and Impact reports for the Company, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  6. -Write and edit other corporate materials such as magazines, case studies, articles etc. whenever the need arises.
  7. -Coordinate the production of corporate publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes.
  8. -Organize an annual photo op for the Company.
  9. -Maintain an updated archive of photo/video documentation for the use of corporate communications work.

Public Relations

  1. -Develop and execute PR campaigns and media relations strategies for Company initiatives.
  2. -Track media coverage and analyze sentiments on Impact Integrated and other affiliated brands.
  3. -Build sustainable and impactful relationships with the media.
  4. -Plan, create and produce for Company’s spokespersons to build healthy PR growth for Company’s brands. This includes outputs on social media, establishing presence in communities, industry circles, publications etc.
  5. -Draft speeches, write talking points, schedule and manage interviews for spokespersons of the Company in support of Company initiatives or strategic directions.
  6. -Manage and respond to PR requests for the Company.
  7. -Lead the strategy and mitigation of crisis PR, whenever arises.
  8. -Lead PR operations, including but not limited to press release preparation and distribution, organize press conferences, Open Days and other kinds of media events
  9. -Collaborate with affiliated brands to identify trends and align PR and strategic communications strategies to support programs and initiatives.
  10. -Updates clients/colleagues with information about new initiatives within the company, and the progress of current PR campaigns.

Government Affairs

  1. -Work together with Unit Komunikasi Korporat of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (UKK KBS) and other Corporate Communications functions in other Ministries/ agencies to support strategic initiatives and to amplify initiatives.
  2. -Maintain sustainable and amicable working relationship with Corporate Communications functions in affiliated government entities, especially UKK KBS.
  3. -Establish and maintain good rapport with officials of other Ministries and government agencies.
  4. -Drafts, creates or vets official government correspondence according to strategic needs.
  5. -To provide support to the Organization especially the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) on assigned aspects of Government Affairs.
  6. -To assist in corresponding and preparing for reports and deliverables requested by KBS.

Internal Communications

  1. -Prepares and edits organizational materials, including employee newsletters and other publications for internal and external audiences.
  2. -Assist HR in initiatives towards establishing and maintaining healthy culture and dynamics within the Company through communications.

Growth

  1. -Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research and data analysis.
  2. -Undertake research for new business proposals and present them to potential new clients
  3. -To work within the Strategy and Communications team in ensuring growth targets are met.
  4. -Assist in updating the management on progress and issues regarding growth and revenues.

Others

  1. -Participates in the establishment, organization, and implementation of short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates program effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement.
  2. -Assigns and allocates work in continuous company operations, training, scheduling, retention, problem resolution, and performance management amongst the multi-channel delivery.
  3. -Coordinates departmental workshops, special projects, and events; may serve on unit committees and task forces.
  4. -Develops and implements systems to maintain records and ad-hoc reports.
  5. -Provides solution and assistance to the executive team in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modification to operations, systems, and procedures.
  6. -Ensure all program initiatives align with the company’s core values and culture
  7. -Ready to assist or lead special projects if needed.
  8. -Liaising with vendors (if needed) to ensure deadlines are met and presented to the highest quality.
  9. -Other work and ad-hoc tasks beyond the job description upon discretion of the supervisor and the company.

Requirements:-

  1. -Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Journalism or industry experience / professional certificates in lieu of such degrees.
  2. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, media, corporate affairs, corporate communications or any related fields on PR and Communications. Management experience will be a plus.
  3. -Proficiency in Google Suite; understanding of editing suites such as Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro; expertise in using Canva and simple editing softwares such as Capcut; experience in Meta Business Suite, Tiktok Ads and Google Ads; Wordpress and various other platforms on communications and content planning. Understanding of audio broadcasting softwares i.e Zetta is a plus.
