Job description

To conduct field audits at store operations and assist in preparing audit reports for a group of companies.

To identify non-compliance issues with established policies and procedures.

To highlight system weaknesses and discrepancies.

To recommend improvements for internal controls and operational efficiency.

To assist supervisors in developing and enhancing internal audit programs and standards.

Carry out audits in accordance with the approved audit plan.

Primarily responsible for preparing risk-based audit processes.

Exercise vigilance and diligence in completing assigned tasks.

Analyze and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures.

Oversee proper execution of external audits, including planning, fieldwork, and review of audit engagements.

Properly prepare audit documentation supporting the work performed.

Requirements:

• Ability to converse in Mandarin.
• Mandarin speaking skills are an advantage.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Willing to travel outstation.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal or external audit.
• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English (written, verbal, presentation).
