About the role

Advance Lube Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Senior Accountant to join our team in Kempas, Johor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality bookkeeping and accounting services.

What you'll be doing

Job Description:

Having experience in full-set accounting will be advantageous for this role.

Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations, and taxation documentation.

Preparing monthly and annual financial statements.

Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems using ERP software.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Manage day-to-day financial operation activities, daily banking, bank reconciliation, and monthly financial statements on profit and loss accounts.

Ensure accurate balancing of accounts, including the general ledger and sub-ledgers

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between bank statements and company records.

Review and post journal entries for bank charges, interest, andadjustments.

Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirement :

Candidate possesses at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification in Accountancy/Finance.

Ability to start Immediately would be an added advantage

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, MS Word and ERP.

Good interpersonal skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an advantage.
