About the role

Join the HZN GROUP team as an IT Support professional based in Shah Alam (Honda Glenmarie).

What you'll be doing

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  2. Provide first-line support to users, guiding them through the resolution of various IT issues.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  4. Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and systems.
  5. Maintain detailed records of support activities and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  6. Assist with the implementation of new technologies and the rollout of IT projects.
  7. Contribute to the improvement of IT processes and procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current hardware and software technologies.
