We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing team. If you have experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance, this is your chance to make an impact in a dynamic property company!

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Financial operations – Oversee the General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, and ensure accurate financial statements.
2. Accuracy and compliance – Review journal entries and reconciliations to maintain financial integrity and adhere to standards.
3. Financial reporting – Prepare monthly and annual reports.
4. Monitor cash flow and budgets – Assist in financial planning and align budgeting with business strategy.
5. Support audits and tax compliance – Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation for smooth audit and tax processes.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or MICPA is a plus!)
2. 3-5 years experience in full-set accounts & month-end closing.
3. Familiar with accounting software such as SAP.
4. Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation & compliance.
5. Mandarin speaking ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
