What You’ll Do:
- Drive Hiring Strategy – Design and lead recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead & Inspire – Guide and mentor a high-performing recruitment team to achieve hiring excellence.
- Own End-to-End Recruitment – From sourcing to onboarding, deliver a seamless hiring experience.
- Strengthen Employer Branding – Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and through digital outreach.
- Collaborate Across Departments – Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver results, especially for roles requiring Mandarin-speaking talent.
- Optimize Processes – Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency.
You’re a Great Match If:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin – both written and spoken (required).
- 5–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage both candidates and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with job portals, social media sourcing, and recruitment tools.
