To analyze purchase requests from the user department and determine the appropriate method of purchase.

· To inquire about quotations and assist in selecting external providers.

· To liaise with local authorities regarding local and import purchases.

· To coordinate and resolve problems with end-user departments and external providers.

· To liaise with external providers on matters related to pricing, delivery expediting, or disputes against delivery orders.

· To trace and follow up on outstanding orders with external providers.

· To prepare Purchase Orders and ensure they are received by external providers.

· To update purchase records into the system and maintain proper documentation and filing.

· To be assigned special tasks on an ad-hoc basis as needed.

Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree in business management, Maths, economics, or a related field.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak and write in Chinese is preferable to facilitate communication with overseas suppliers (China and Taiwan).
