Company Description

Asphalt Technology has been established since 1989, located in Telok Gong, Port Klang, and mainly manufactures Bitumen-based Products for the infrastructure industry.

Job Requirement

  1. Diploma in Business preferable with 1 year of working experience or minimum SPM with 2 years of relevant working experience.
  2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general email etiquette.

Scope of Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Liaising with customers on product requirements, such as providing quotations, invoices, customer delivery requirements, delivery requisitions, etc., as instructed by the sales and marketing team.
  2. Working together with the production team to ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer needs and ensuring product delivery information is provided on time.
  3. Collaborating with the quality control and research team regarding any product issues or customer feedback.
  4. Arranging goods for local customers by liaising with local transporters to ensure on-time delivery.
  5. Arranging goods for overseas customers by liaising with freight forwarders, local agents, and relevant authorities.
  6. Following up and collecting payments from customers.
  7. Performing other duties as instructed by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
