Job summary

Job description

This role supports device assembly and testing to meet customer orders and on-time delivery (OTD) with good quality.

Your Tasks
  • Responsible for device assembly and testing
  • Prepare testing systems
  • Conduct firmware installation and generate keycodes as per customer requests
  • Perform preventive maintenance on torque drivers and equipment
  • Perform Run-In testing of devices
  • Manage stock posting via SAP
  • Print calibration certificates and reports (if applicable)
  • Conduct optical inspections during assembly following work inspection standards
  • Establish product structures
  • Ensure testing equipment is registered in the equipment database
  • Raise quality notifications for defective materials or devices
  • Coordinate with the technical team on test program issues
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting on final testing failures
  • Conduct final inspections
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
Your Qualifications
  • Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, device assembly, and final testing
  • Familiar with assembly tools such as torque drivers and screwdrivers
  • Knowledge of testing instruments like Multimeters, Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, and Spectrum Analyzers is advantageous
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • SAP ERP knowledge is a plus
