Job description

Job Title: Project & Administrative Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Project & Administrative Executive to support the day-to-day operations and various business projects across our organization, including event planning and execution in and outside of Malaysia. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities across different functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating company projects, including corporate events, marketing initiatives, and operational rollouts.

Support the execution of events (physical and virtual), including logistics, vendor coordination, registration, and on-site support.

Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, filing, and document preparation.

Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project and business operations.

Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.

Assist in procurement, basic bookkeeping, or business development tasks when required.

Prepare meeting notes, reports, and presentation materials for internal use or client meetings.

Ensure proper documentation and filing for all projects and administrative processes.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or related field.

At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative or project-based roles.

Experience in event planning or coordination is a strong advantage.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Exposure to a variety of projects and industries, including event management.
