Overview

redONE, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a highly driven and experienced Assistant Manager Business Development with a strong background in the Telco business. This role reports directly to the Head of Business Development and requires a dynamic individual capable of formulating strategies, leveraging market trends, and driving business plan to propel the company's vision and mission to new heights. Willing to familiarize yourself with the Company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Cultivating strong network, relationships with new clients and result orientated.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Proficient drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material and other documents as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, colleague, and clients.
  • Engage any Business Development related with interact with other department such as Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product Team and Business Support System.
  • Meet and exceed revenue profit targets for the region and channel partners.
  • Maintain relationship with corporate clients or collaboration partner.
  • Clear ad engaging communication and presentation style.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications of Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years in a Account Management on Prepaid experience or marketing role within the telecommunication industry.
  • Proven track record of developing successful business development strategies and driving sales in the prepaid segment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively and solving customer issues.
  • Possesses a friendly and personable demeanor.
