Job description

Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and reference checks.

Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.

Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and team cohesion.

Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Conflict Resolution: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and disputes, working to find amicable solutions.

Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisal processes and work with managers to identify and address performance issues.

Compliance: Ensure HR practices and policies are in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Training and Development: Support employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or Administrative/ Business Studies.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in the related field.
  • Thorough understanding of the company’s HR policies and processes.
  • Strong drive and positive attitude.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict-management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working experience in Manufacturing and worker management is an added advantage.
