Learning Coordinator
Location: Malaysia
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable organisation for a Learning Coordinator. This position supports day-to-day learning operations, manages training logistics, handles compliance processes, and helps drive the success of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with job analysis, appraisal processes, and consultations to identify training needs

  • Support the design and development of training programmes

  • Help create and manage learning materials

  • Coordinate in-house training facilities and equipment

  • Support learning and development events and logistics

  • Track and evaluate training activity and programme effectiveness

  • Maintain accurate training records to meet ISO 9001 standards

  • Handle reporting, grant applications, and claim submissions for HRD-related initiatives

  • Monitor claim approvals and manage resubmissions

  • Assist with vendor payment processing and coordinate with finance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR or related discipline)

  • 6 to 12 months of experience in training or L&D roles

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of e-learning systems and practices

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting

  • Fluent in English

  • Understanding of national training levy systems (e.g. HRDCorp or equivalent)
