Job description

Job Title: Sales Admin Department Lead

Lead and oversee the Sales Admin department, ensuring efficient workflow, compliance, and alignment with company goals.

Act as the key decision-maker for sales admin and EF/mortgage-related matters, providing strategic guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Pre-set up and coordinate new project startups.

Perform all relevant liaison and coordination with related stakeholders to ensure EF line readiness before sales launch.

Coordinate with sales agents, purchasers, solicitors, bankers, and interdepartmental teams to ensure the timely execution of Sale & Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and manage the financing application process.

Ensure smooth operations to achieve the company's sales conversion targets.

Manage sales admin documentation, including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, and billing, ensuring procedures and performance standards are met.

Plan, supervise, foster teamwork, and guide team members towards departmental goals.

Oversee support operations of the Sales & Marketing Department and provide administrative support.

Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts and monthly reports to management.

Education, Experience, and Skills Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in sales administration within property development.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of property data systems and computer literacy.
  • Self-motivated, independent, hardworking, with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
