Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with various stakeholders and management to develop and maintain the existing multiple projects developed in Delphi.
2. Design and develop new reports and enhance the existing products.
3. Communicate with end users and support them with their queries.
4. Database (MSSQL) maintenance, check for regular backups across all the branches and local servers.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in Delphi (Delphi 7 preferable).
2. Good knowledge in Delphi, Crystal Report 11, and MSSQL.
3. Hands-on exposure in SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, and functions.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good communication skills to interact regularly with stakeholders and end users.
6. Knowledge in retail and clinical platforms will be an added advantage.
7. Any knowledge in VB.NET and Java with Spring Boot framework is also an advantage.
