Job description

Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide management assistance and support strategic analysis for senior management members. This role is crucial in aiding day-to-day activities and contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives in the designated area.

Nature of Work:

  1. Screen and answer phone calls, respond to simple emails, and handle incoming mail.
  2. Greet and direct internal and external customers, handle inquiries, and provide general clerical services.
  3. Provide data and basic analysis for monthly financial reports to support decision-making.
  4. Organize and prioritize assignments to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  5. Compose routine and non-routine correspondence from brief notes or instructions.
  6. Manage senior management's schedules, meetings, appointments, and activities.
  7. Coordinate travel logistics and prepare expense reports.
