Job description

A Manufacturing Operator is responsible for assembling and inspecting electronic components and products. They follow detailed instructions or schematics to ensure quality and accuracy in production. Operators use various tools and equipment in a production environment while maintaining safety and efficiency. They also assist supervisors with continuous improvement activities.

Your tasks

  1. Perform manual PCB assembly and hand soldering with specialized knowledge (at least IPC Class II).
  2. Assemble THT components for wave soldering.
  3. Inspect PCBAs using optical inspection systems based on predefined criteria.
  4. Document inspection results.
  5. Rework PCBAs and components as needed.

Your qualifications

  • Minimum SPM level or certificate in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in PCB assembly and hand soldering.
  • IPC Certification Class II or higher (Certified IPC7711/7721) is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions.
  • High quality awareness.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to perform shift work if required.
