About the job: SQL Report Developer (Crystal Report)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions.
• Implement query performance tuning and index optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and follow best practices in database development.
• Design and develop complex Crystal Reports for BI and operational reporting needs.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in SQL Server Development & Optimization and Crystal Reports Development.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and optimizing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions.
• Ability to optimize SQL queries and stored procedures effectively.
• Experience collaborating with business users to gather requirements and translate them into reports.
• Ability to maintain and update existing Crystal Reports as business needs evolve.
• Provide training and support to end-users on report usage.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS for SQL Server).
• Microsoft SQL Server certification (MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent) is desirable.
