About the Role

We seek a hands-on, highly organized, and detail-oriented executive to oversee daily financial management within a computerized environment and office administration. We offer a 5-day work week and staff health insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the department under guidance from the head office.
- Prepare full management accounts for one entity; monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with MFRS, IFRS standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of financial transactions, including fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and operating expenses.
- Oversee annual audits, CIT submissions, and annual return lodgements; liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
- Manage treasury and cash flow, liaising with banks on FX, loan documentation, and daily banking; monitor cash balances.
- Oversee accounts payable and disbursements, focusing on significant payments.
- Assist in preparing the annual budget and semi-annual forecasts.
- Apply for and maintain MDEC and MIDA incentives.
- Ensure good corporate governance and compliance with laws and regulations.
Corporate Services (HR, IT, and Administration)
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee office maintenance and equipment.
- Coordinate outsourced IT support and maintain IT asset and user lists.
- Establish and maintain contacts with government agencies, ensuring timely reporting.
- Provide support to CEO, CFO, and other departments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in data center, real estate, or construction industries preferred.
- Malaysian with Singapore PR and an audit background is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, LCCI, CAT) is required.
- Proficiency in Excel, XERO, and SST is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
