The Credit Management Executive (Data Analyst & Automation Specialist) will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, designing interactive dashboards, and automating data workflows to improve business processes and decision-making. We seek someone with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, and experience leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and UiPath to streamline data processes and create automation solutions.

Make an Impact by:

• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from various sources, identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business goals.
• Designing and developing interactive and dynamic dashboards that allow stakeholders to explore data easily, using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Preparing and delivering regular and ad-hoc reports based on KPIs and other business metrics, presenting findings clearly and concisely.
• Maintaining and updating data sources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across dashboards and reports.
• Collaborating with business leaders and departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Developing automated processes to streamline data collection, reporting, and dashboard updates.
• Staying updated with the latest data analysis trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve data processes and visualization techniques.
• Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for dashboard users and resolving data discrepancies or issues.

Skills for Success:

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent from a reputable institution (Minimum GPA of 3.0).
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView for developing dashboards, applications, and automated workflows.
• Experience with UiPath or other RPA tools.
• Experience with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning) is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
• Familiarity with data preparation and analysis tools like Excel, Python, or R.
• Solid understanding of database structures, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in project management is recommended.
