Sales Domain Leader - Micro Electronics

Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions (Veolia WTS) is seeking an experienced Sales Domain Leader for the microelectronics market to drive our sales strategy and execution across Europe.

This influential role requires a deep understanding of the microelectronics sector, strong sales skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams.

The successful candidate will be involved in generating and executing a robust sales pipeline, building strategic customer relationships, and aligning with our European market access strategies.

Daily Tasks:

  1. Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities in the microelectronics market
  2. Lead the technical and commercial development of water treatment solutions and services
  3. Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to generate qualified leads
  4. Maintain long-term relationships at all levels within customer organizations
  5. Collaborate with the European MicroE Market Leader to ensure coordinated strategy implementation
  6. Participate in alignment meetings to discuss market opportunities and strategic initiatives
  7. Support market development initiatives and joint value proposition development
  8. Harmonize sales activities across regions, set clear goals and action plans
  9. Monitor and manage key opportunities through the sales pipeline
  10. Develop sales-specific strategies to acquire new business

This role reports to the European Sales Director ES.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proven technical expertise in water and wastewater applications for the microelectronics market
  • Extensive experience in technical and commercial sales in water treatment for microelectronics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred or industry experience
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel as required
